NOTICE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS
ALL RETURNING STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS AHEAD OF THEIR RETURN TO CAMPUS
Resumption date for Returning Students of Paul University students is Monday, 31st October, 2016.
Returning students report at the SENATE CHAMBER with fee payment slip for clearance by the Bursary and issuance of Hostel/Class Admit card by the Registry.

(These fees are to be paid in three (3) different tellers)
Students should not come back with unapproved items as contained in the Hand book.
Students must return with their copies of the Holy Bible and the Hymns Ancient & Modern Revised for regular worship in the University.
All cleared students who have been issued with their Hostel/Class Admit Cards shall proceed to the hostel where Security personnel and Hall Administrators will check them into their rooms.
No student will be allowed into the Hostel without appropriate clearance.
Lectures for the First Semester of the 2016/2017 session shall begin on 3rd November, 2016.
Students who fail to return to the campus on or before Monday, 14th November, 2016 shall pay a fine of N5,000.00 (five thousand naira) on their return.
Failure to complete Registration of courses within two weeks from the date of resumption attracts fine of N5,000.00.
Portal Registration and Registration of Courses
From 2016/2017 Academic Year Paul University will begin the full migration of Students Record and Activities to its Portal. The roll-out of this AUTOMATION system will be done in parallel with the MANUAL System, as explained above. Every student is expected to do Portal Registration once he/she pays the prescribed School fees as specified in Schedule of fees above.
Every student should follow the process below to complete his/her Portal Registration:
Once the prescribed fees have been paid, including the Portal Access Fee, the student should proceed to the University website www.pauluniversity.edu.ng. He/she should click on the link “Undergraduate Portal Access”. On the Portal, he/she should click on Tuition/Portal Access menu link, select Submit Bank Teller and click the BEGIN button. Fill out the payment submission form; submit it and wait for your payment confirmation notification from the authorised officer, which gets to you by email.
Carry out your portal registration by clicking on Portal Register ->Student menu links. Make sure your valid REGISTRATION NUMBER is used during your portal registration as it will be used to link up with your Semester Courses Registration and Results Upload by the authorities on the Portal. Also select a unique password known only to you.
After successful Portal Registration, subsequently login to the Portal by clicking Sign-In menu link.
You can then proceed to Course Registration by clicking Course Register menu link.
To check your semester examination results later at the end of the Semester or Session, click on Results menu link. Select the necessary result search combinations that are available for you and click CHECK NOW button
To view your User Profile and change your PASSWORD, then click on User Details menu link
Click Sign-Out menu link to logout of the system which is very essential at all times to avoid unauthorized intruders into your student portal dashboard.
